How To Configure China Phone For Browsing

Below is a simple tutorial on how to configure your china phone for internet browsing.
Please read and apply it well, it works as at the time of this posting.


This is how to configure it:

* Open your phone menu and scroll to services/internet access.

* Open the services/internet access and select wap browser.

* Open the wap browser and select settings.

* After that, open edit profile and select the profile you want to use.

* Under the profile, select edit profile and put the following settings below:

* Under Homepage put this:
For mtn users: wap.mtnonline.com@www.google.com or any other website.
For Glo users: wap.gloworld.com@www.google.com or any other website.
For Airtel users: wap.ng.airtel.com@www.google.com or any other website.
For Etisalat users: wap.etisalat.com@www.google.com or any other website.

* Under Data account: Choose any one e.g China mobile gprs.

* Connection type: Wap.

* IP Address:
For mtn users: 010.199.212.002
For Glo users: 190.129.010.245
For Airtel users: 072.018.254.002
For Etisalat users: 072.055.142.251
After this press Done.

* Security: Off

* User name: wap

* Password: wap
After this press done then yes.
When you are done with the above, use back button to go back to data account.

* Open the data account and select GPRS.

* Open GPRS and select the account you used previously, e.g China mobile gprs.
Edit the account with the following:
* APN:
For mtn users: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
For Glo users: wap.gloworld.com
For Airtel users: wap.ng.airtel.com
For Etisalat users: wap.etisalat.com.ng

* Username: wap

* Password: wap.

After all these are completed correctly, use the back button to go back and start browsing the internet with your china phone.
